Day 1: Arrival in Tbilisi – Transfer to Hotel

We will meet you at Tbilisi International Airport and transfer you to your hotel in Tbilisi, where you can rest well and get ready for an unforgettable adventure in the wild region of Svaneti!

Day 2: Tbilisi – Mestia

Early in the morning, we will head to Mestia - the administrative center of Upper Svaneti. Along the way, we will stop at Enguri Dam, one of the world's highest arch dams (271.5 meters high). We are expected to arrive in Mestia by evening, giving us time to relax and unwind after the long drive from the capital. In the evening, we can enjoy a leisurely dinner and taste delicious Svanetian dishes. Overnight stay will be in Mestia.

Day 3: Mestia – Zhabeshi

After breakfast at 9:00 am, we’ll set off on our trek to the Mulakhi community, with Zhabeshi village as our final destination for the day. The trail is easy and well-marked, making for a comfortable and enjoyable hike. Along the way, we’ll be treated to spectacular views of Mount Ushba and Mount Tetnuldi, surrounded by lush meadows and picturesque valleys. Our day will end with an overnight stay in a cozy guesthouse in Zhabeshi.

Day 4: Zhabeshi – Adishi

In the morning, at 9:00 am, we head to the remarkable village of Adishi. We’ll ascend the slopes of Mount Tetnuldi, pass the Tetnuldi ski resort, and descend through a beautiful birch forest dotted with rhododendron bushes. At the end of the day, the stunning alpine meadows open up, revealing the extraordinary village of Adishi, with its medieval stone towers and traditional houses. Overnight stay will be in Adishi.

Day 5: Adishi – Iprali

After breakfast, we’ll set off on our hike toward the village of Iprali. Along the way, we’ll enjoy stunning views of Mount Tetnuldi, the Adishi Glacier, and the surrounding landscapes. After about an hour of pleasant hiking, we’ll cross the Adishi River on horseback. Then, we’ll ascend to Chkhutnieri Pass at 2,722 meters, where breathtaking panoramic views await. Lunch will be served at the top of the ridge.

Following lunch, we’ll descend into the Khaldechala River Valley. After a couple of hours of easy and enjoyable walking, we’ll arrive at Khalde village, which was destroyed in the 19th century by Russian soldiers. Our final destination for the day is the village of Iprali, where we can relax and unwind. Overnight stay will be in Iprali.

Day 6: Iprali - Ushguli - Mestia

In the morning, we’ll head to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ushguli. Passing through the villages of Kala and Davberi, we’ll hike through the forest and approach Ushguli from above. Situated at the foot of Mount Shkhara, Ushguli is one of the highest permanently inhabited settlements in Europe (2,100 m). Towering mountains, unique medieval towers and churches, and eternally snow-capped peaks create an unforgettable landscape that will leave a lasting impression. In the evening, we’ll drive back to Mestia for an overnight stay.

Day 7: Mestia - Tbilisi - Departure

On this final day, after breakfast, we’ll depart from Mestia and head back to Tbilisi. In the evening, we’ll enjoy a farewell dinner in the capital before transferring to Tbilisi International Airport for your departure.
